"Field of Love" will teach you how to communicate with haters

No one will even think how much effort you put into making yourself look flawless every day. Why not? It's simple, assault is an excuse for one’s inertness and laziness.

Keep inhaling and exhaling, filling your heart with life-giving energy. Remember even those you thought were enemies or unworthy of love. Send them your positive energy. Love and compassion know no boundaries. Feel it.

Confess your love to those you're fighting with. Those you don't know. May love reign in this world. Let it be so.

And now, while rubbing your palms near the heart chakra, inhale and exhale again. Imagine the whole planet, the whole globe, in front of you. Give it a hug like a little child. Lull it in your arms.
